A room reservation is binding for both sides, as soon as the room 
is ordered and the reservation is accredited from us in writing, 
by email or fax (in exceptions also by telephone). We keep the rooms 
with a reservation free. That's why the following cancellation 
regulations apply: 

The hotel have to be informed of cancellations or reservation changes
as fast as possible. 
a) Cancellations or reservation changes which occur up to 3 days 
before journey date, are free of charge. If the rent period is 1 month 
or longer the free cancellation is maximal possible 8 days before arrival. 
b) cancellations or reservation changes, which were taken later, 
are charged with 80 percent of the price to all overnight stays, 
if nothing else was agreed. 
c) Omitted cancellations are charged with the total amount 
of all overnight stays.
