To the history of the house

Mr Gottfried Scülfort and Mrs Luise Scülfort built 1949 of an erstwhile plumberfirm, which was destroyed during the second world war, the guesthouse "Auerhahn".

By and by became the small guesthouse, among by purchase of the guesthouse Ruschgraben 29, a hotel with own butcher shop.

In 1965 the only son of Mr. Werner Scülfort resume the "Hotel Auerhahn " and administrated it from 2001, in which Luise Scülfort also died, together with his companion in life Helga Beste.

In 2006 the complete trade property was sold to the family Leichsenring. Afterwards the complete renovation of the hotel with restaurant took place and since 2012 the hotel is administraded by Mrs. Christiane Leichsenring.
